A unified spiritual learning ecosystem powered by AI.
The Sanatana Dharma Community is a global organization with millions of followers and an incredibly valuable body of content: thousands of hours of lectures, hundreds of volumes of texts, and a rich spiritual tradition. The goal was to transform this fragmented content into a unified digital ecosystem (DXP) that includes a Learning Management System (LMS), a dedicated community space, and an integrated AI mentor.

Our client was a Worldwide Sanatana Dharma Community. It is a large global organization. The organization had a very valuable online resource. It included thousands of hours of talks, several hundred volumes of text, and millions of followers. However, they were working with a previous portal that had been developed after several years. Their previous portal was not just old; it had reached a stage where it could no longer meet their scale and complexity requirements. It directly caused revenue loss due to confusing payment systems, fewer user engagements due to search difficulties, and operational costs.
We created DXP based on a Modular Design System approach (.Atomic Design) and integration with AI for responding to business and user requirements:
Our approach included guidelines from: User-Centered Design (UCD), andAtomic Design.
We undertook an audit with problems related to dated design, site navigation, and financial viability. Competitive analysis enabled us to identify an authenticity niche, and analysis of online forums enabled us to refine user personas.
Our prime objective was stable revenue and retention. We designed a subscription system with multiple levels, AI assistance, and an adaptive CMS with measurable KPIs: delivering new pages within 30 minutes and increasing user-created content.
We devised a “Lego Principle” design system for easy management of the content. We also created a 16-step gamified “Seeker to Student” process with calls-to-action.
Design We have created interfaces with aesthetics inspired by Calm Technology and a special UI for AI chat involving source verification. Our Safe-Design automatically adjusts contents with an intact layout and a business-like appearance.
We handed a complete set of components over to developers after testing essential scenarios for payments and navigation. The outcome included reducing loading times for pages within 30 minutes and increasing retention with daily engagement tools.

Earlier, the customer relied on the developers: even such a minor task as changing the banner involved intervention from programmers and slowed the process. Moreover, when filling the site themselves, administrators often “broke” the design: images were of various sizes, texts had different lengths. It created visual chaos and prevented marketing from responding quickly to events.
We got rid of rigid templates and enabled the Flexible Designer, using a Modular Design System. The “Lego” principle: The page is assembled from ready-made blocks of widgets. And the administrator decides where the ‘Events’ block will be and where the “Donations” block will be. Safe Design: The system automatically crops photos and truncates long headlines. The design remains intact, whatever the content. Smart cards: The same element adapts to news, courses or retreats without the involvement of a designer.

For the User:

Because dates like Ekadashi and Events have religious importance, there was a gap between the user and the religion associated with the ashram. The owner did not have an immediate method of posting info about Events and retreats without modifying the main structure.
For Business:
The Publishing Updates feature for Mantra of the Day enhances the rate at which people return. The "Upcoming Events" box serves as a "hot offer" for filling retreats.
For the User:
Ensures synchronization with the community rhythm. Reduces extra efforts as it packs everything on a single screen.
In a big spiritual community, users were mainly passive consumers, felt spiritual isolation, and had no tools for self-expression. This forced them into seeking horizontal connections on unmoderated external platforms like Facebook and Telegram and fragmented attention to the teachings.
We converted the simple user profile into a fully integratedPersonal Blog-Ashram, maintaining focus on User-Generated Content.

"Knowledge Paralysis": Users were unable to locate answers to particular questions among thousands of archived knowledge articles, and there existed a fear among newcomers about asking “basic” knowledge questions among strangers

We integrated a fullAI Productthat transformed the passive knowledge base into anactive conversational partner

For the User:
We came up with a hybrid model that combined aTiered Subscription Modelwith aMulti-Currency Donation Hub.

For Business:
Subscription model ensures predictable revenue. UI automates upselling. Globalized payments remove international barriers to ensure an MRR.
For the User:
It's where one's Payment History Transparency builds trust; Subscribers havefreedom of choice, either subscription or one-time donation; therefore, just a single click leads to seamlessness in managing subscriptions.
Cognitive Barrier: Archives with thousands of hours of content made consumption difficult. It was hard for users to relate learning to multiple scenarios. Example scenarios include listening while traveling and reading at home.

We have assembled an Adaptive Media Hub, centering on consumption convenience and monetization.
For Business:

"Choice Paralysis": The abstract nature and scale of the tradition intimidated newcomers. Without any clear "roadmap," they struggled with problems like "where to start" and churned rapidly from the site.

We developed aThematic Forumwith a "clean" interface focused on thequality of discussionrather than superficial metrics.
